Returns

In case the product you have acquired from us does not satisfy the original need for which you bought it, you have 7 calendar days to return it to our company.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging and must have a receipt to prove purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive the returned product, we shall notify you by email or phone call and then proceed to inspect it. If the product complies with the conditions of return and is approved, our company shall proceed to initiate a refund for your money to your credit card (or the original means of payment).

Return shipping and delivery

The client shall be responsible for paying for their own shipping and delivery costs for returning the product. Shipping and delivery costs are non-refundable and if you receive a refund, the cost of return will be deducted from your refund.
